A little about 'The Gym'
The Gym was established on Hobson Industrial Estate in 2004 by Stephen Neilson. After many years thought Stephen put his plans into action for a comprehensive gym for men, a vast array of equipment is available together with a boxing ring and boxing equipment in 2006.

Upstairs:
 a full cardio room with a new boxing ring and punch bags.
Downstairs:
full free weights and new machines for all body parts.
